Pacing is good, jokes are pretty smart, with half a dozen chucklesome moments including a nice rendition of weed in the coconut, the bromance that old plotline works fine since the leads have a believable chemistry, and it has a bit of heart. The biggest problem though is that Lou is now the main character and while he worked in the first movie, here he is an absolute asshole throughout, extremely unlikeable. The four leads, who have all been funny elsewhere, dont find the right comic rhythm between them and the plot itself is so shrug worthy that theres no impetus to events.
